A specialist commercial formwork contractor is looking for an experienced Draftsperson who can convert architectural and structural intent into buildable, cost-effective formwork drawings. Must have experience in Formwork Estimating AND Full FRP packages.

Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed formwork and temporary-works drawings (slabs, cores, columns, screens, jumps) using AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent 3D tools.

Integrate proprietary systems (e.g., PERI, Doka, EFCO) and conventional methods to optimise safety, speed, and material re-use.

Collaborate remotely with Australian engineers, estimators, and site teams to refine methodologies and resolve clashes.

Maintain a structured drawing register and issue sets in accordance with ISO/BIM standards.

Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous-improvement libraries.

Ideal Profile
4 + years drafting formwork or temporary works on mid- to high-rise concrete structures.

Proven proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and at least one 3D/BIM platform; Revit preferred.

Sound understanding of Australian Standards for concrete construction (or ability to upskill quickly).

Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable in video-conferencing design reviews.

Stable internet connection and ability to overlap at least 4 hours with AEST (GMT +10).
