Forex Customer Support

My name is Adib, I'm a senior manager at Stasher Capital. One of our branches focuses on a forex affiliate marketing community where we onboard clients to our partnered broker. The goal is to help clients deposit at least $400, which triggers our commission.

We’ve built an automated system for most of the onboarding, but we’re looking for someone to support clients by answering simple questions like:
– How do I make a deposit?
– How do I connect my MetaTrader 5 app?
– When do I get access to the community?

You’ll also need to be familiar with Airtable (similar to Excel) to update client status in our CRM.

We provide basic training, but we value people who can work independently, learn fast, and take initiative. This is a role where you’ll keep learning and growing. We also offer great incentives for those who are hungry and ready to level up.
