We are seeking a highly skilled FlutterFlow expert to design and develop a custom scheduling app tailored for rentable creative spaces such as photography studios and event spaces. The app will initially focus on this niche market, with plans to expand to other industries. The app will feature functionalities for managing bookings, automating payments, resource management, and a unique system for tracking renter reputations and managing equipment damages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific needs of the creative space rental industry.
- Design and develop a scheduling app using FlutterFlow, ensuring a user-friendly interface and seamless functionality.
- Implement features for booking management, payment automation, and resource tracking.
- Develop a system for recording renter feedback, highlighting good and bad renters, and confidentially sharing this information among space owners.
- Create a mechanism for charging and tracking damages to studio equipment.
- Ensure the app is scalable for future expansion to other industries.
- Deliver a fully functional app within a 30-45 day timeframe.

Requirements:

- Proven expertise in FlutterFlow with a portfolio of previous work.
