Full-Time FlutterFlow Developer (iOS & Android)

***About the Role***

We're building a powerful cross-platform social networking app using FlutterFlow — designed for iOS and Android. We need a skilled FlutterFlow expert who can help bring our designs to life, connect everything to a Supabase backend, and occasionally work with Dart code and custom functions when needed.

This is a FULL-TIME, REMOTE position (40 hours per week) for someone who can grow with us. You’ll be working closely with the founder and UI designer to iterate and ship new features regularly.

***Responsibilities***

Build and update pages, components, and workflows using FlutterFlow

Connect Supabase tables, storage, and auth into app logic

Implement custom Dart functions or snippets when needed

Troubleshoot UI and logic issues across iOS and Android

Suggest performance or design improvements

Document your work and collaborate via Trello, Slack, or ClickUp (TBD)

***Requirements***

At least 1 year of hands-on FlutterFlow experience

Solid working knowledge of Supabase (auth, database, storage)

Comfortable navigating and modifying Dart files (custom code overrides, functions, etc.)

Experience building mobile apps for iOS and Android

Excellent communication and reliability (we don't micromanage, but we expect updates)

Good English skills (written and spoken)

***Bonus Points (Nice to Have)***

Experience building chat apps (or working with templates)

Experience working with bluetooth

Familiarity with version control (Git)

Experience with integrating APIs

UI/UX sensibility or experience working from mockups

***Compensation & Perks***

Monthly salary: $640 – $1,500 USD, depending on experience

13th month pay

Long-term, stable work

Flexible working hours (as long as deadlines are hit and we have some overlap to sync)
