**Financial Assistant / E-commerce Bookkeeper (Shopify) — Remote**

**About the role**
I run a portfolio of Shopify e-commerce stores and I'm looking for a reliable financial assistant to keep my numbers organized and my bookkeeping ready for my accountant. This is a part-time, ongoing position — not a full-time role.

**What you'll do**
- Create clear weekly and monthly financial reports (revenue, expenses, profit overview)
- Reconcile Shopify sales, refunds & payouts across our payment providers: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Whop and Ocean Payments
- Collect, organize and prepare the correct invoices and documents for my Dutch accountant (bookkeeping prep)
- Track advertising costs (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and other expenses
- Keep everything categorized, accurate and up to date so handover to the accountant is smooth

**You're a fit if you have**
- Experience with Shopify / e-commerce bookkeeping
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliable, proactive communication
- Experience preparing documents for an external accountant (a plus)
