What You’ll Do

* Build and maintain detailed financial models and sources-and-uses statements (LIHTC exposure is a bonus)
* Prepare rent schedules, operating pro formas, and subsidy layering analyses
* Support preparation of state housing agency applications
* Coordinate third-party reports such as market studies, appraisals, environmental studies, and surveys
* Maintain due diligence and closing checklists
* Assist with investor, lender, and internal memos

What We’re Looking For

Technical Competencies:

* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
* LIHTC fundamentals (ideal, not required)
* Strong data organization

Behavioral Competencies:

* High attention to detail
* Responsiveness and proactive communication
* Strong accountability and ownership

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Planning, or related field
* 0–3 years of relevant experience
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Performance Metrics
* Accuracy and reliability of underwriting
* Timeliness of deliverables
* Quality and completeness of application materials
* Responsiveness to team and project needs

Why You’ll Love Working at Atrium Housing

* Professional growth: Learn from experienced development professionals and gain exposure to mixed-finance and LIHTC projects.
* Collaborative culture: Work with a supportive, mission-driven team where your contributions matter.
