I'm a licensed life insurance agent in the United States specializing in final expense and whole life insurance for seniors. I'm looking for a full-time, experienced appointment setter who has direct US life insurance or final expense calling experience and can hit the ground running with minimal training.
This is a long-term position for the right person. If you're serious, consistent, and know how to talk to American seniors about life insurance — this role will give you stable full-time work with performance bonuses on top of your hourly rate.
What You'll Do:
Make 200–300 outbound calls per day to aged leads in our database
Qualify prospects using a specific checklist (age, state, health, interest level, decision maker status)
Book confirmed appointments directly into my calendar for me to close
Handle objections confidently and professionally — "not interested," "I already have coverage," "call me back later"
Log every call disposition accurately in our lead tracker (no answer, callback, not interested, appointment set)
Send a daily end-of-day report covering: total dials, total contacts, appointments set, and any notable prospect conversations
What I'm Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience specifically for US life insurance or final expense — this is non-negotiable, do not apply without this
Proven track record of hitting daily dial targets and weekly appointment set goals
Experience qualifying US senior prospects (ages 55–75) on health and financial eligibility
Experience booking into shared calendars (Calendly, Google Calendar, or similar)
Experience with a power dialer (Kixie, Mojo, PhoneBurner, or similar)
Strong, clear spoken English — you will be speaking with American seniors all day, accent clarity is essential
Self-managed and disciplined — you will be working independently, I need someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged
Reliable primary internet connection AND a mobile hotspot backup — downtime is not acceptable during work hours
Available to work full US Mountain Time zone hours (9am–5pm MT, Monday–Friday)
What You Will NOT Qualify For This Role If:
You have only done general telemarketing or customer service — US final expense experience is required
You cannot provide a voice recording as part of your application
You are looking for part-time or flexible hours — this is full time only
You cannot commit to a minimum 3-month engagement
Compensation:
$5/hour base rate
$4 performance bonus per kept appointment (prospect is on the call, qualified, and ready — no shows do not count)
Performance review at 60 days with potential hourly increase based on results
How to Apply:
Send your resume AND a 60-second voice recording introducing yourself as if you are calling a prospect who requested information about their life insurance options. Applications without the voice recording will not be reviewed — no exceptions.
