Figma UI/UX Web Designer (Freelance, Ongoing Projects)

We are a growing web design agency looking for a Figma Web Designer to create modern, conversion-focused website layouts. All work is project-based, and we provide consistent projects every month.

Responsibilities:
Design clean, modern, and conversion-oriented website layouts in Figma (desktop & mobile)
Prepare organized Figma files for developers (sections, components, responsive views)
Any images, text, and other files used in designs must be given to the developer.
Follow the client brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the design
Ensure designs are user-friendly and easy to implement in WordPress (Elementor Pro + Crocoblock)

Requirements:
Strong portfolio of Figma web designs (must provide examples)
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and willingness to accept feedback

Compensation:
$50–$250 per project, depending on size and complexity
Ongoing, long-term work for reliable designers
