JOB OVERVIEW

TruGuard Security is a fast-growing physical security services firm based in California, USA. We are seeking a highly structured, battle-tested Field Operations & Service Delivery Coordinator to take ownership of our real-time workforce deployment and client account service health.

This is a front-line operational coordination role. You will be responsible for enforcing absolute accountability among our field personnel, solving immediate deployment and scheduling gaps, and maintaining elite service quality for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Roster Control: Monitor live guard deployments across multiple California client sites, ensuring 100% shift coverage and immediate resolution of last-minute call-offs or no-shows.

Field Personnel Accountability: Direct and supervise field personnel performance and attendance. Issue formal corrective actions, manage internal guard disputes, and enforce strict adherence to company protocols.

I ---------- Management & Escalate Support: Review, track, and log daily field i ---------- reports via our specialized tracking software, ensuring critical issues are documented and escalated cleanly.

Client Service Excellence: Act as a reliable point of contact for corporate client accounts, handling routine service adjustments, responding to on-site operational issues, and ensuring contract compliance.

Operational Auditing: Conduct detailed audits of guard clock-in/clock-out logs against the planned schedule to ensure immaculate records for final client billing and payroll preparation.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Field Operations Coordination, Service Delivery Management, or High-Volume Command Center/Dispatch Logistics.

Direct experience managing or supervising a remote, mobile, or field-based workforce.

Exceptional English communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the confidence to manage difficult personnel and speak directly with US corporate clients.

Highly tech-literate; exceptional at following, executing, and enforcing digital SOPs across workforce management systems and tracking portals.

Ability to work fixed US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours and remain available as the on-call supervisor for critical dispatch emergencies outside your shift.

SALARY: Competitive; Commensurate with qualifications, field operations experience, and quality of service.
