As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team and help convert inbound leads into booked appointments.

Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first voice our clients hear. Your job is to contact warm inbound leads (no cold calling!), guide them through the booking process, answer any basic questions, and secure a deposit to confirm their appointment.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with inbound leads promptly (within business hours) on zenoti.

Send and reply emails according to company protocol to follow-up with clients.

Qualify and educate leads on appropriate beauty services and book them in.

Confidently guide leads toward booking an appointment

Secure and process deposit payments over the phone

Communicate and collaborate with team effectively.

Report daily on bookings, deposits.

Help with admin tasks; email, manage zenoti back end, check web prices

Requirements:

Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service (beauty industry preferred)

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Organized, punctual, and self-motivated

Comfortable taking payment information securely

Tech-savvy – able to use CRMs, calendars, and zenoti type software programs

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
