Fast WordPress + Elementor Developer (Speed & SEO Focused | Hourly + Flat Rate)

Brighton Development is a startup web agency building fast, clean, and conversion-driven websites for local service businesses — barbers, auto detailers, HVAC shops, salons, and more.

We’re looking for a WordPress Developer who’s quick, detail-oriented, and knows how to make sites that load fast, rank well, and actually convert. You’ll work directly with us to shape the foundation of our workflow and help refine how we deliver projects efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Build and optimize sites using WordPress + Elementor.

Maintain strong PageSpeed / Core Web Vitals scores through caching, image optimization, and clean builds.

Handle basic SEO structure — metadata, alt tags, internal links, and proper page hierarchy.

Integrate booking and payment systems like Square, Booksy, or Stripe.

Use tools like Zapier to connect systems and automate simple client processes.

We’re a new and fast-moving startup, so this is a hands-on role. We’ll be working with you immediately to set up our workflow, discuss build standards, and collaborate on how to streamline site delivery. Your input will directly shape how we grow.

Compensation:

Hourly pay for maintenance and smaller tasks.

Flat-rate pay for full website builds (rate based on complexity).

Long-term work available for reliable and high-performing devs.

Requirements:

Strong experience in WordPress + Elementor Pro.

Understands speed optimization (caching, CDN, lazy load, compression).

Comfortable managing plugins and solving compatibility issues.

Knows Zapier or basic automation linking tools.

Clear communication, fast responses, and pride in quality work.
