Pattern Maker & Fashion Designer for BIKINI BRAND GO-GETTER | Creative Growth Opportunity
We are a fast-growing fashion brand focused on designing and selling high-quality bikinis. We're looking for a dedicated Fashion Designer / Pattern Maker to help bring our bikini collections to life. This is not just another freelance gig—this is an opportunity to become a core part of our brand and grow with us.
???? What to Expect
Your journey begins with a key task: helping us develop patterns for bikinis that match our brand aesthetic and fit requirements. From there, you’ll assist with refining designs, making tech packs, and ensuring our pieces are both flattering and functional. You’ll receive structured feedback and direction—but we expect creativity, precision, and a hunger to grow. If you're serious, this can be your stepping stone to a long-term design role.
???? What We’re Looking For
Someone who takes fashion seriously—this is not a side hustle, but a chance to be part of a brand’s foundation.
Experience with swimwear or close-fitting garments is a big plus.
Strong attention to detail—we’re obsessed with fit, cut, and comfort.
The ability to follow design directions, receive feedback, and adapt quickly.
A growth mindset—prove your value, and you’ll grow with us.
Comfortable communication in English (written & spoken).
A creative mind who’s also practical and understands real-world manufacturing.
???? What You’ll Do (Initial Tasks)
Create digital patterns and tech packs for bikini sets.
Adjust patterns for different sizes while maintaining fit and integrity.
Offer input on design choices like cuts, straps, linings, and materials.
Work closely with the founder to finalize collections.
Assist in preparing materials for communication with manufacturers.
? Requirements
Experience in pattern making, especially for swimwear or close-fitting garments.
Familiarity with software like CLO3D, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
A portfolio of past bikini/swimwear or fashion designs (PDF or link).
Strong understanding of fabric behavior and stretch materials.
Reliable internet, camera, and mic—video calls will be part of the job.
A dedicated working space for focused design time.
Be proactive—bring ideas to the table and help us innovate.
Include the words "stepping stone" in your message to show you read everything carefully.
This role starts with flexible part-time hours and can grow into a long-term, full-time design position if we’re the right fit for each other.
