Faceless YouTube Tutorial Video Editor — How-To Videos Based on Search Demand
## Job Description
I’m looking for a reliable video editor to help create faceless tutorial videos for YouTube,
The videos will be based on “how-to” topics people are already searching for online. This is not limited to one category. Topics may include apps, websites, online tools, business setup, real estate websites, social media, AI tools, productivity tools, personal finance tools, home projects, and everyday step-by-step tutorials.
The main goal is to create clean, helpful, advertiser-friendly tutorial videos that teach viewers how to solve a specific problem.
These videos will not require anyone to be on camera. The editor will use screen recordings, stock footage, images, captions, text overlays, zoom-ins, arrows, callouts, music, and simple graphics.
## Main Type of Videos
The focus is faceless “how-to” tutorial videos.
Examples:
* How to post a video on
* How to use YouTube search to find video ideas
* How to use Canva to create a thumbnail
* How to use Google Sheets to track expenses
* How to check if an LLC is active
* How to use Redfin or Zillow
* How to create a
* How to use online tools step by step
* How to complete simple online forms
* How to use beginner software or websites
The topic may change, but the format will stay the same: clear, step-by-step, beginner-friendly tutorials.
## Video Length
Most videos will be **5–8 minutes** for YouTube.
I may also need **30–60 second short-form versions** created from the same video for:
* YouTube Shorts
* TikTok
*
* Instagram Reels
## Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Editing faceless tutorial videos
* Making screen recordings easy to follow
* Adding captions/subtitles
* Adding zoom-ins, arrows, highlights, circles, and callouts
* Removing pauses, mistakes, and dead space
* Adding clean text overlays
* Adding background music and simple sound effects
* Adding stock footage or images when helpful
* Creating short-form versions for YouTube Shorts, TikTok,
* Creating longer YouTube versions when needed
* Following instructions and making revisions
## Video Style
I want the videos to be:
* Clean
* Simple
* Professional
* Beginner-friendly
* Advertiser-friendly
* Easy to follow
* Not overly flashy
* Not confusing
* Not full of random effects
The viewer should understand exactly what to do after watching the video.
## Important
These videos need to be safe for advertisers.
No profanity, no misleading claims, no clickbait scams, no copyrighted music, no shocking images, no aggressive hype, and no low-quality recycled content.
I want useful tutorial videos that look trustworthy and professional.
## Required Skills
Please apply only if you have experience with:

## Test Task
Before hiring, I may ask you to complete a short paid test video.

## Pay
Pay depends on experience.
This can start part-time and may become long-term full-time work for the right person.
