Remote · part-time · DTC ecommerce
We're a multi-brand DTC company scaling daily on Meta across several markets. This role owns the internal side of Meta — the infrastructure that keeps us scaling: healthy ad accounts, clean pages, working tracking, and a structure that holds up when Meta gets strict. Not creatives, not media buying — the back-end.
What you'll do
Request new ad accounts before we hit limits, and warm them up properly before they carry spend.
Set up pages end to end (name, profile, details) without tripping disallowed words or policy.
Run engagement campaigns to keep assets active.
Stand up new setups: connect pixels to ad accounts, link pixels to WeTracked, share ad accounts to the right profiles.
Keep the structure fresh and resilient — max 2 restricted profiles per group.
Keep our Miro board matching the live structure at all times.
Moderate comments across all ads and ~30 pages daily — plan for real daily time on this.
What you need
Hands-on experience with Meta's internal structures — Business Manager, profiles, ad accounts, pages. Non-negotiable.
A real grip on account warming, restrictions, and keeping a structure ban-resistant.
Experience connecting pixels with WeTracked (or a server-side tool you can adapt from).
Organized, reliable, detail-obsessed — this is recurring daily ops, so consistency beats flair.
Solid written English; comfortable in Miro (or quick to learn).
This is an infrastructure/ops role, not creatives or media buying — repetitive by nature. If you love keeping a complex machine clean and running, you'll thrive here.
