JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

FBA Replenishment Strategy: Weekly analysis of Amazon "Burn Rates" (sales velocity) vs. "Days of Supply." You d ---------- exactly how many units to move from storage to FBA to cover the next 4–6 weeks of sales.
Shipment Creation & Management: Managing the "Send to Amazon" workflow in Seller Central. You are responsible for creating shipping plans, printing FBA labels, and sending precise "Work Orders" to our 3PLs to prep and ship the stock.
Storage Limit Optimization: actively managing our IPI (Inventory Performance Index) score. You ensure we don't send too much (triggering long-term storage fees) or too little (stocking out).
Discrepancy Resolution: If Amazon says they received 480 units but we sent 500, you are the one opening cases, submitting proofs of delivery, and fighting for reimbursement.
Geographic Allocation: (If applicable) Ensuring stock is distributed correctly if we use multiple bulk warehouses (e.g., East Coast vs. West Coast) to lower shipping costs to Amazon.

Required Technical Stack:
Amazon Seller Central: Deep knowledge of the "Inventory" tab, "Shipments" queue, and IPI dashboard.
3PL Portals: Comfortable navigating different warehouse management systems to issue stock transfer orders.
Excel/Sheets: Ability to calculate "Days of Cover" (e.g., Current FBA Stock / Average Daily Sales = Days Left).
