Expert NodeJS and VueJS

We are looking for an expert in Javascript with knowledge on VueJS and NodeJS for a long term project.
We are using VuesJS for the frontend. On the backend, we are mainly using NodeJS, Postgres & Sequelize on the ---------- n work at least 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week.
Must have a stable power and fast internet connection.
