HerLabs.co is a women's wellness brand built by a founder with previous high yielding investments and 4 successful years in the fashion industry. We're bringing that same eye for aesthetics and brand to the natural hormone and skin support space, and we're scaling fast on Meta.



We're looking for a performance video editor who can help us get there faster.

This is not a basic editing role.



We're not looking for someone who makes videos look good. We need someone who understands

why ads convert. Someone who thinks in hooks, angles, pacing, retention, AI visuals, UGC, and buyer psychology.



You'll be working with real ad spend, a serious creative testing engine, and a real brand. Your ads won't sit in a folder. They'll go live, get tested, and if they win, they become a direct driver of growth.

You'll see the data. You'll learn what makes this specific audience buy. You'll build ads that move revenue and if they win, you'll be rewarded for it.

What you'll actually do

Edit high-converting short-for ---------- ta ads
Build ads using AI b-roll, UGC clips, stock footage, and product visuals
Handle captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
Turn scripts and raw assets into complete, test-ready performance creatives
Iterate on winners and help identify what to scale
Edit 1-2 videos a day 5-7 days a week


Compensation

Monthly payment base (to be discussed)
Performance bonuses tied to winning creatives and ad results
Full-time, long-term engagement


How the hiring process works

candidates may be asked to complete a trial edit before any offer is made. You'll receive a real brief and real assets. We evaluate on thinking, execution, and speed



You're a fit if you:

Have proven experience editing Meta ads for DTC brands (health, wellness, or beauty is a plus)
Have a portfolio with actual performance ad examples, not just visually polished work
Are fluent with AI video tools including b-roll generation and AI-enhanced visuals
Understand hooks, angles, pacing, and conversion psychology
Can move fast, take direct feedback, and own your output
