Our e-commerce brand is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking an experienced and resourceful Customer Service Expert with a strong background in fashion dropshipping to join our team. This is a part-time position with strong potential of becoming full time quickly for someone who can take ownership of our return/refund funnel and reduce refund % through smart systems and customer handling. You must be proficient in:
- Handling CS for fashion dropshipping stores (must)
- Shopify, Gorgias/Re:amaze/Zendesk, etc. (must)
- Building return/refund SOPs that keep refund rates low (must)
- Working directly with suppliers and fulfillment agents
Requirements:
- Proven track record of keeping refund rates low for fashion ecom stores.
- Fluent in English (must be great at warm, clear communication).
- Can plug in tested return/exchange templates and backend workflows.
- Has experience managing CS for general fashion stores.
