Experienced Youtube Video Editor

I'm looking for a video editor to help me create videos similar to this style:

Editing podcast clips, debates, interviews, and news footage into engaging videos.
Adding subtitles, zoom-ins, screenshots, tweets, articles, and other visual elements.
Creating smooth pacing and transitions to keep viewers engaged.
