Experienced Webflow Developer

We’re a high-end web design agency working with premium clients in architecture, construction, and design. We’re looking for an experienced Webflow developer to join our team and bring our website builds to life through clean, scalable, and interactive builds.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be brought into existing Webflow projects that are currently being worked on to:

- Build responsive, performance-optimised websites
- Implement JavaScript libraries and animations (e.g. GSAP)
- Apply Finsweet tools and utilities (Attributes, CMS filters, etc.)
- Enhance designs with movement and interactions
- Troubleshoot bugs and QA builds
- Clean up and structure sites properly (classes, components, CMS)
- Collaborate with designers to faithfully execute the intended design
- Take on development tasks where the solution isn't fully defined and apply the best approach based on the goal

- You’re comfortable being given a problem or task description and figuring out the best technical solution without needing step-by-step instructions
- Your builds are organised, scalable, and easy for others to work with.
- You understand design intent and know how to translate it into motion, interaction, and flow without overcomplicating it.
- You’re consistent, communicative, and take pride in delivering clean work on time.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience developing websites in Webflow
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and common libraries (GSAP and other related libraries a must)
- Experience with Finsweet tools (especially Attributes)
- Deep understanding of Webflow interactions and animations
- Experience with CMS structuring and optimisation
- Bonus: Familiar with Webflow’s performance best practices
