Experienced Web Developer Needed to Build Real Estate Platform with Map & API Integration

I’m looking for a professional web developer or agency to build a high-quality website or landing page to advertise off-market properties.

Currently, subscribed users access listings through a ---------- integration embedded on my site, which includes a property list and a map. However, the experience is slow, lacks search functionality, and isn’t user-friendly.

I need a streamlined platform where users can search and filter over 700 off-market properties via both a list and an interactive map — similar to ---------- or ---------- . It should also include API integration with CoreLogic to automatically pull relevant property data.

I need the site to:
- Display Properties
- Take data from ----------
- Take data from external sites - Corelogic if possible
- Send automated emails to Selling agent and buyer
- Automatically delete "on market properties" - I believe this could work through an API integration
- Be linked with stripe
- Look and feel aesthetically pleasing.
