Experienced Virtual Assistant for Blogger (Pinterest, Email + Customer Service)

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant who has worked with Pinterest, email marketing and customer service management previously. The ideal candidate must have experience working with a digital business and should be detail-oriented. Experience with Mailerlite and Thrivecart preferred.

Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer service emails
-Managing subscribers in Mailerlite
-Updating welcome sequences and funnels as needed in Mailerlite
-Updating issues in Thrivecart (i.e. typos or broken links)
-Creating Pinterest pins, managing boards, etc for multiple accounts in the travel, food and entrepreneur niches
-Dealing with other customer service issues that may arise. Potentially growing to manage email marketing and customer service via Instagram/Facebook as well.
-Ensuring all tasks are completed on time and with high quality

May expand to Youtube marketing in future.

Requirements:
-Proven experience working with email marketing, Pinterest, and customer service management (ideally with screenshots and previous client testimonials)
-MUST have experience on Pinterest working with proper Pinterest strategies. Please demonstrate the strategy you used in your application
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Fluent in English language
-Ability to work in some EST office hours to ensure customers receive timely answers
-Females prefered as my company is all female employees
-Knowledge of Mailerlite and Thrivecart prefered. If not, please state with systems you have worked on before

This is a part-time job with an estimated 40 hours per month to start workload with room to grow, with a pay rate of dependant on your experience. I just put $2.50 for a minimum cause I had to put something. Please pitch with your rate.
