Position: Experienced Virtual Assistant – GHL Buildout, Automation, & Website Development
Location: Remote

SKP Consulting is a leading credit repair firm dedicated to helping clients restore their financial health. We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with proven expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) buildouts, automation, and website development. This position is for someone who can hit the ground running and bring their expertise to enhance our processes and digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and customize complex workflows, funnels, and automations within GoHighLevel (GHL) for client communication, case management, and lead nurturing.
Create, optimize, and maintain professional websites and landing pages using web development platforms (WordPress, GoDaddy, etc.).
Integrate CRM systems with
Develop high-converting landing pages and client portals for onboarding and follow-up processes.
Troubleshoot and implement updates and improvements for websites and GHL automations.
Ensure seamless integration of various tools within the credit repair business, including automating the client experience from start to finish.
Requirements:
Proven, extensive experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) buildouts and automation for businesses (ideally with credit repair or similar industries).
Strong portfolio and work history demonstrating successful use of GHL workflows, funnels, and CRM integrations.
Proven experience in website development and design (WordPress, GoDaddy, or similar platforms).
Expertise in integrating automation systems with CRM,
Ability to create and manage complex workflows, lead capture forms, and
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to implement updates and changes to systems as needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of work.
Required:
A strong, verifiable history of successful GHL projects from previous employers or clients (portfolio and references will be checked).
Experience in building automation and workflows tailored to business needs, specifically in industries similar to credit repair.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO and website optimization.
Familiarity with credit repair business processes and client management tools.
Familiarity with other CRM tools and integrations.
