Full-Time Remote Video Editor
Location: Remote — Philippines
Hours: 40 hours/week
Rate: $10/hr ($1,600/month)
Platform: Parsec (you will work directly on our systems remotely)

About the Role
We're a UK-based creative agency hiring a full-time remote video editor to work across our internal marketing content and client deliverables. You'll be embedded in our team day-to-day, working from our systems via Parsec. This is a stable, long-term role for someone who takes pride in their craft and can operate professionally within a UK agency environment.

What You'll Be Working On

Short-form social content — Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks
Podcast production — full edits, audiogram cuts, clip repurposing
Content repurposing — cutting long-form into social-ready assets
Client deliverables — across multiple brands simultaneously
Long-form narrative work — documentary, brand storytelling, structured narrative edits
YouTube content — taking the lead on YouTube production for our own channels and client accounts, including long-form uploads, Shorts, thumbnails briefing, video structure, and optimising edits for watch time and retention


Requirements

5+ years minimum professional editing experience
Portfolio demonstrating both short-form social and long-form narrative/documentary work — applications without a portfolio will not be considered
Previous experience working with a UK or US agency strongly preferred
Fluent written and spoken English — you'll communicate directly with our UK team daily
Able to work hours that overlap with UK business time (GMT)
Highly organised, self-directed, and reliable — we don't micromanage
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency across different clients


Technical Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
After Effects skills are a plus
Must be comfortable working via Parsec — all editing is done on our remote systems, not your local machine
Fast, stable internet connection required
