JOB OVERVIEW

We run a busy Shopify jewelry store and need an experienced customer support rep who can handle real ecommerce customer issues without constant hand-holding.

This is not for beginners. You should already understand Shopify order lookup, tracking questions, shipping delays, refunds, cancellations, custom/personalized products, and upset customers.

You will help with:

* Checking order status in Shopify
* Answering tracking and shipping delay questions
* Helping customers choose or fix bracelet sizes
* Handling engraving/custom order questions
* Responding to refund, cancellation, replacement, and damaged item requests
* Following our saved replies/SOPs
* Escalating anything serious or unusual

**Requirements:**

* Shopify customer support experience required
* 2+ years ecommerce support experience preferred
* Strong written English
* Good judgment with upset customers
* Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions exactly
* Reliable internet and consistent daily availability
* Able to work some US/PST hours

Experience with jewelry, personalized products, 17TRACK, Track123, AfterShip, or Trustpilot is a plus.

**Pay:**
$880.00 - $1,075.00 per month depending on experience and skill.
