Shopify Virtual Assistant – Expert Developer & Daily Optimizer

We’re hiring a high-level Shopify expert to handle advanced visual updates, backend optimizations, and daily storefront improvements. You must be a problem-solver who can code what others say is impossible.



Your Daily Responsibilities:
• Swap out product & banner photos frequently
• Optimize product pages and storefront visuals for desktop & mobile
• Communicate with Photoshop specialists to size banners correctly across all views
• Update pricing, product bundles, and discounts regularly
• Assist with Klaviyo email marketing and flows
• Run store audits and performance reviews
• Ensure checkout flows are smooth, optimized, and bundled if needed



Advanced Shopify Coding Must-Haves:
• Can implement custom sliders, sticky headers, dynamic product sections
• Able to reposition hamburger menus, animate logos on scroll, and add color transitions
• Know how to install apps and use custom code to enhance them (e.g., shipping time notifications at checkout)
• Expert in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inside Shopify
• Comfortable editing theme files and solving advanced layout issues



Requirements:
• Must be available daily and reply consistently
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized in delivery
• Experienced with Shopify, Klaviyo, and advanced customization
• Can handle both creative (design tweaks) and technical (code-level) tasks
