Has proven experience in sales, customer service, appointment booking or phone-based roles.
Is confident using HubSpot and understands how to manage a CRM effectively.
Speaks and writes English to a high standard.
Builds rapport quickly and enjoys genuine conversations.
Is organised, reliable and proactive with follow-ups.
Can think on their feet without relying heavily on scripts.
Listens well, asks great questions and makes people feel comfortable.
Takes pride in representing a premium brand with professionalism and care.
Is motivated by helping people rather than simply making sales.
Enjoys working independently while being accountable for results.

ABOUT US:
We are a mobile massage therapy business, providing professional massage services directly to clients in their homes, workplaces, and events. We focus on quality, trust, and genuine human connection, and we’re growing - which is why we’re looking for someone who can confidently represent our brand on the phone.
ROLE DETAILS:
Expected calls: 50 calls per week
Working hours: 40 hours per month (approx. 8–10 hours per week)
Start date: ASAP
Contract: 3-month trial period
Opportunity to increase working hours based on performance
SALARY:
£200 per month
