Experienced PHP/Android developer

Need an experienced developer to work on 2 projects.

This is a long term project.

PROJECT 1:
This will require someone to build an inventory system, linked to an ordering system based on the inventory and also ordering system linked to inventory when stocks go down. THIS IS NOT FOR ECOMMERCE. This is for a niche industry and will be used with maximum 30 people in one center.
We would also need an app to go with the web app.

PROJECT 2:
APP only for people to upload images and video and then be verfified for their profile. Then their are layers of payments, hiring people etc. Its multi layered and is in brainstorminig developement.

I would need to see a portfolio of your work and only those that have worked on multiple project will be considered.
