I’m looking for a highly capable, experienced Virtual Assistant to work as an Operations Manager supporting the daily operations of a growing service-based business.
This is not an entry-level VA role.
Please do not apply if you do not have an Operations Manager or Home Service VA experience.
I’m looking for someone with strong operations management experience who understands how to keep a business organized, efficient, and moving forward without needing constant direction.
This role is best suited for someone who has supported a fast-paced service business before and is comfortable owning processes, managing moving parts, and helping improve day-to-day operations across admin, customer communication, scheduling, and internal workflows.
If you are highly organized, operationally strong, proactive, and know how to bring structure to a growing business, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Manage day-to-day administrative and operational support
-Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (phone,
-Oversee scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment flow
-Support dispatch and technician coordination
-Maintain CRM accuracy, customer records, and job updates
-Assist with estimates, invoices, reporting, and follow-ups
-Build, improve, and maintain internal workflows, SOPs, and systems
-Monitor team activity and help ensure tasks are completed on time
-Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and process issues, then help improve them
-Support leadership with reporting, organization, and operational follow-through
-Help create structure and accountability across daily operations
-Use AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and execution

Required Background:
-Strong operations management experience is required
-Must have experience supporting or managing business operations in a service-based business
-Must be confident in handling operations with minimal supervision
-Must have experience improving workflows, building systems, and keeping teams organized
-Must be comfortable managing multiple moving parts across admin, scheduling, customer communication, and internal processes
-Must be proactive, resourceful, and highly dependable
Required Experience:

-SOP building and internal systems organization
Strongly Preferred:
-Home service, construction, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or trades experience
-Dispatch or field team coordination
-Experience supporting owners, managers, or leadership teams
-Supervisory or team coordination experience
-Experience managing recurring workflows and operational accountability
-AI experience (ChatGPT, Claude, automations, knowledge bases, voice agents, etc.)
