Experienced Long Form Editor

I’m looking for a high-level long-form video editor to join me full-time.

This is not a small side gig or occasional project. I’m building something big and I’m only looking for people who want to dedicate themselves fully and grow long-term.

What I’m looking for:

- A long-form editor who can closely match the style from my example
- Someone experienced in structure, pacing, storytelling, and high-retention editing
- Deep understanding of how to keep attention through movement, visual dynamics, and flow
- Ideally someone familiar with the looksmaxxing niche who understands the audience, tone, and content psychology
- Strong long-form portfolio required (no portfolio = ignored DM)
- Comfortable hopping on voice calls in English to brainstorm ideas, improve concepts, and refine videos
- Available 4+ hours every single day (this is a consistent, long-term commitment)
