Experienced Insurance Service Manager

Are you an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant or Customer Service Representative who has worked with a U.S. insurance agency?

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Insurance Service Manager to support our growing team. If you're comfortable navigating carrier websites, handling policy servicing requests, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Process Evidence of Insurance (EOIs) for banks/lenders
- Handle policy endorsements, renewals, changes, and ID cards
- Navigate insurance carrier websites to service policies
- Work with surplus lines carriers, specialty carriers, and wholesale broker portals as needed
- Manage and prioritize client emails
- Answer incoming client phone calls professionally
- Assist with billing and claims-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support the team with day-to-day insurance servicing tasks

Qualifications
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience working for a U.S. insurance agency
- Experience with commercial and/or personal lines insurance
- Experience navigating insurance carrier websites (Travelers, Progressive, Mercury, Safeco, Guard, NatGen, Premier, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling phone calls and managing client emails
- Experience using QQ Catalyst or another agency management system
- Experience with surplus lines insurance, specialty carriers, or wholesale broker portals

Bonus:
- Insurance quoting experience

Compensation & Schedule
$7–$8 USD/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time
