Position: Part-Time Workload with Full-Time Availability Required

Availability Required: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Current Workload: Approximately 1–2 hours per day (will increase as the business grows)

ABOUT THE POSITION

I’m looking for an experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to join my team long-term.

I’ve been in the credit repair industry for over 8 years and have successfully managed teams of virtual assistants. I’m currently rebuilding my business and looking for one dependable person who wants to grow with me for years to come.

The current workload is light, but I need someone who is available throughout the business day. This means you may only have 1–2 hours of actual work today, but I still expect you to be online, responsive, and available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST if I need something completed.

As my client base grows, your workload, responsibilities, and compensation will grow as well.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

You must already have experience with:

Credit repair

FTC Identity Theft Reports

Equifax Data Breach disputes

FCRA

FDCPA

Credit bureau disputes

Collection removals

Inquiry removals

Late payment disputes

Identity theft documentation

Reading and analyzing credit reports

Client file management

Dispute strategies

Be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Respond to Slack messages quickly.

Keep me updated throughout the day.

Ask questions when needed.

Communicate if a task is completed.

Never disappear during working hours.

If I send you a message during business hours, I expect a response within a reasonable amount of time.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Please do not apply if:

You frequently disappear during the workday.

You have ongoing personal obligations that prevent you from consistently working.

You cannot be available Monday through Friday during business hours.

Double-check every task before submitting it

I personally review every dispute and every file.

If you rush through work, fail to verify information, make careless mistakes, or are not completely honest with me, this position will not be a good fit.

Accuracy and honesty are more important than speed.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review credit reports

Prepare disputes

Create FTC Reports

Update client accounts

Organize client files

Upload documents

Communicate with clients when assigned

Administrative work

Other credit repair-related tasks

COMPENSATION

Starting Trial Pay: $150 per month

Paid monthly

Current workload is approximately 1–2 hours per day.

This is a long-term opportunity.

As the company grows, your workload and pay will increase.
