JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
Seeking an experienced credit repair assistant to join a small team on a part?time basis. Must be already proficient with DisputeFox, GoHighLevel (CRM/workflows), and pulling/analyzing credit reports. This is NOT an entry?level or training role — hire must bring field expertise and be immediately productive.

Key Responsibilities
- Use DisputeFox to prepare, submit, track, and escalate credit disputes.
- Pull and review consumer credit reports (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax) and identify tradeline issues, errors, and potential dispute items.
- Explain credit report findings, dispute rationale, and likely outcomes to clients in clear, professional language; answer client Q&A.
- Manage client communication and workflows inside GoHighLevel: intake, follow?up sequences, task assignments, and status updates.
- Draft and send dispute letters, follow?ups, and documentation in accordance with company templates and state/federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of actions taken, dispute outcomes, and client notes.
- Monitor bureau and furnishers’ responses; escalate complex or legal issues to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with FCRA, TCPA, data privacy and company policies.
- Provide reporting on client status, dispute progress, and KPIs.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years hands?on credit repair experience (preferred 3+).
- Demonstrable, recent experience using DisputeFox and GoHighLevel.
- Proficient pulling and interpreting consumer credit reports from all three bureaus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable explaining technical items to consumers.
- Knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, state credit repair laws, and proper dispute methods.
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple client files.
- Reliable internet, secure home workspace, and ability to sign an NDA/bring your own device if required.

Nice?to?Have
- Experience with credit rebuilding coaching, identity theft resolution, or collections negotiation.
- Familiarity with additional CRMs, credit vendor APIs, or dispute automation tools.

Hours & Compensation
- Part?time: 15–25 hours/week (flexible scheduling; some overlap with EST preferred).
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or contractor pay based on experience. Bonus structure possible for performance/KPIs.
