We are a growing insurance agency startup looking for an experienced cold caller who understands that success comes from consistent effort, discipline, and a strong work ethic. This is not a temporary position—we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as the company expands.

Position Responsibilities
* Make outbound cold calls to leads daily
* Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversations
* Transfer interested prospects or schedule appointments
* Accurately document call outcomes
* Follow up with prospects when needed
* Meet daily call activity goals
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Schedule
* 6 days per week
* 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central Time (USA)
* Consistent attendance and reliability are extremely important
Requirements
* Previous cold calling experience is REQUIRED
* Strong English communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with strangers all day
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
* Self-starter who does not need constant supervision
* Experience with dialers and CRM systems
* Experience using Kixie is a major plus
* Experience in insurance sales is a plus, but not required
Performance Expectations
* Minimum of 250 outbound calls per day
* Must consistently achieve daily call goals
* Must be comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone
* Results, consistency, and effort will be measured
