About the Role
We work with real estate investors and service-based businesses across the US. You will call decision-makers from our lead lists, qualify interest, and book discovery calls for our team. You are not starting from scratch. We provide the lead list, dialer, scripts, CRM access, and ongoing coaching. Your job is to show up, make calls, and put qualified appointments on the calendar. This is part-time to start (20 hours/week) with strong potential to grow into full-time for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Make 60–100+ outbound calls per day from provided lead lists
- Call business owners, real estate investors, and decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and book discovery calls with our team
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving
- Set callbacks and follow up by phone or
- Log every call, note, and outcome in the CRM same day
- Hit daily dial targets and weekly appointment goals
Who We're Looking For
- Previous B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience (US prospects preferred)
- Clear, confident spoken English — business owners need to understand you immediately
- Comfortable on the phone for hours at a time
- Persistent and coachable: you take feedback and apply it fast
- Organized and reliable: you log calls, show up on time, and hit your numbers
- Comfortable using a CRM and dialer
Schedule
- Part-time: 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday to start
- US Central or Pacific Time business hours (this is evening/overnight in the Philippines)
- Consistent attendance required
