JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:

We're a US-based direct-response company producing UGC-style video ads for health and wellness products. You'll take our written scripts and turn them into scroll-stopping ads using a process we've already built and documented. You won't be guessing — we have a step-by-step SOP and a video walkthrough you'll follow.

What you'll do:

Produce UGC-style video ads using HeyGen and Submagic
Follow our documented SOP and video walkthrough : Please watch ----------

Select b-roll, visuals, and pacing that match the intent of each script — not just literal
matches, but footage that reinforces the emotion and message

Add captions, hooks, and edits that hold attention in the first 3 seconds
Maintain consistency across batches of ads Hit deadlines and communicate clearly when you're blocked

Must-have:

Hands-on experience with HeyGen and Submagic (or fast proven ability to learn similar AI video tools)
Comfort with at least one editor: CapCut, Premiere, or similar
Strong attention to detail — captions synced, no sloppy cuts, brand-consistent
Good sense of visual storytelling: you understand why a clip works, not just how to drop it in
Reliable internet, able to overlap a few hours with US time zones
English good enough to understand nuance in a script (this matters more than perfect grammar)

Nice-to-have:

Experience making direct-response or paid social ads (Facebook/TikTok/YouTube)
Familiarity with Pictory or other AI video platforms
Understanding of what makes an ad convert (hooks, pacing, retention)

To apply, do this (or your application is ignored):

Start your message with the word "REVITAL" so I know you read this
Link 2–3 UGC or ad-style videos you personally edited
Tell me in one sentence which tools you used for each
