This role is 15 hours/week ($360–$600/month) Hourly rate: $6–$10/hr depending on experience.
We have a virtual event launching imminently, and we need an experienced Tech Virtual Assistant to handle all the behind-the-scenes tech smoothly.

Key Responsibilities: (First 6-10 weeks focus)
- Build and launch a complete Summit Funnel in GoHighLevel: Setup multiple pages (registration, upsell checkout, thank-you) on our custom domain with mobile-responsive design. Embed videos that autoplay with subtitles and sound on click. Integrate our payment gateway for sales.

- Speaker Referral Tracking: Duplicate the main funnel pages for 21-25 guest speakers with unique URLs. Use Canva to personalize promo graphics for each speaker, and build a simple Google Sites “promo center” where speakers download their assets and links.
- Launch Monitoring: During the 10-day promo period (beginning of September), track daily opt-in stats per speaker (clicks vs sign-ups) and report these in a Google Sheet update. Coordinate with us if any speaker’s numbers are low, etc.
- Live Event Support: Schedule and send reminder
- Set up replay pages as needed.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- GoHighLevel Expertise: Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in GoHighLevel. You have built marketing funnels and automation workflows end-to-end. Please be prepared to discuss specific funnels or campaigns you’ve built.
- Funnel & Marketing Tech: Proficient in connecting domains, building landing pages, integrating checkout forms/payments, setting up tagging & segmentation, and troubleshooting funnel metrics (opt-in rates, etc.).

- Video Editing Basics: Ability to use tools like Descript, or similar to add captions, trim videos, and export for web upload. (Expert video editing not required, but you should be able to do quick basic edits for our content.)
- Graphic Design: Comfortable with Canva for simple graphic tasks (e.g., editing speaker promo images). Bonus if you have a good eye for layout when assembling pages.
- Tech Troubleshooting: You are the kind of person who googles error messages and figures things out. Whether it’s a DNS setting or a Zapier integration, you don’t give up easily when a tech issue arises.
Communication & Work Habits:
- Fluent English (written and spoken). You must be reliable in regular check-ins we expect a brief report each workday on progress or roadblocks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, asks questions when unsure, and takes ownership of her/his role. We do not micromanage, so we need someone who can manage their tasks and deliver on deadlines.
Compensation:
- Starting at $6-10 per hour, depending on experience. We pay via bi-weekly.
- This role starts at 10-15hours/week, but will require maybe more hours during launch weeks (September 12-October, for example).
