Executive Virtual Assistant — Social Media, Operations & Personal Assistant (Notion + AI Tools)

ABOUT THE ROLE
I'm Asl? Üstündal — a transformation coach, content creator, and founder of Yarat?c? Dönü?üm. I help Turkish-speaking women transform their lives, and my work lives on Instagram ---------- and ---------- building fast, and I need someone who builds with me.
This is not a "do what you're told" role. It's a "figure it out before I have to ask" role. If you need hand-holding, this isn't the right fit. If you thrive on ownership, speed, and making a founder's life genuinely easier — keep reading.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ
Around 50% of our content and communication is in Turkish. You do NOT need to speak Turkish, but you must be comfortable using AI translation tools at a high level to understand, organise, and work with Turkish content accurately and confidently. If that's not something you can do, this role isn't for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Pillar 1 — Social Media Management

Calendar and schedule all content across platforms
Track every video through its full lifecycle in Notion and ---------- , from brief to edit to publish
Chase editors and flag delays before they become problems
Conduct content research and competitive analysis, and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table
Keep the content system running without me having to watch it

Pillar 2 — Business Operations

Support website updates, client processes, and product development as needed
Build and maintain systems in Notion
Use AI tools heavily and intelligently — not as a crutch, but as leverage
Systematise and document processes so the business scales without chaos

Pillar 3 — Personal Assistance

Plan and manage travel: research, booking, logistics
Handle personal tasks and research to the same standard as business work
Anticipate what's needed before being asked

YOU ARE:

Proactive and independent — you solve before you ask
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
Genuinely fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, translation, automation)
A clear written communicator in English
Reliable, fast, and comfortable owning outcomes end to end
Experienced as a VA / EA / admin support (Notion experience a big plus)
