We are looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Executive Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support a growing business. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and helping a business operate efficiently while supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Maintain CRM records and track leads accurately.
• Schedule and publish social media content for Instagram,
• Create and edit marketing materials using Canva.
• Conduct online research and provide general administrative support.
• Coordinate projects using ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Organize documents and maintain files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Assist with day-to-day business operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience with executive calendar management and
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM platforms.
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
