JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to help oversee daily operations inside a growing U.S.-based credit repair company.

This is not a basic VA role.

We are looking for someone who can become a true right-hand person to the business owner. You will help manage company operations, track team performance, organize systems, create SOPs, manage tasks, and help make sure the business is running smoothly every day.

You will work directly under the owner and help oversee the team as the company grows. Over time, this role may grow into more of an operations manager position.

The right person must be organized, loyal, proactive, detail-oriented, good with people, and able to follow up without needing constant reminders.

Responsibilities:

Help oversee daily company operations
Monitor GoHighLevel and make sure tasks, leads, appointments, and follow-ups are handled properly
Help manage and organize the team’s daily work
Track employee tasks and performance
Create SOPs, checklists, workflows, and work lists
Manage calendars and help keep the owner organized
Organize Google Drive files and company documents
Report daily numbers and important updates to the owner
Help with hiring, training, and team organization
Help make sure clients and leads are being followed up with properly
Assist with admin tasks across the company
Communicate with clients by phone, text, or email when needed
Help improve systems and make the company more efficient

Requirements:

Must have experience using GoHighLevel
Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills
Must be comfortable using Zoom, Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, ---------- , and similar tools
Credit repair VA experience is preferred
Business, operations, or executive assistant experience is preferred
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Must be proactive and able to solve problems
Must have strong follow-up skills
Must be comfortable working directly with a business owner
Must be able to manage tasks without needing constant reminders
Must have stable internet and a quiet work environment
