We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high-performance entrepreneur, coach, speaker, and events business in the personal development, leadership, manifestation, and transformation industry.
This is more than just an admin role — you’ll become a key part of a purpose-driven business, helping manage operations, events, systems, launches, client experiences, and day-to-day business flow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Coordinate Zoo
Organise domestic and international travel arrangements
Handle inbox management and communication
Maintain systems, records, and documentation
Assist with operational flow and backend support
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
Client Communication & Coordination
Support onboarding and client communication processes
Liaise professionally with clients regarding appointments and schedules
Deliver a high-level client experience with timely communication
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Systems & Technology
Build and manage workflows in Go High Level (GHL)
Create funnels, landing pages, automations, and campaigns
Manage CRM systems and client databases
Use ClickUp or similar tools to manage projects and timelines
Improve systems and operational efficiency
Event & Retreat Coordination
Coordinate retreats, masterminds, workshops, and luxury events
Manage logistics, schedules, communication, and planning
Support both online and in-person event execution
Assist with attendee coordination and event preparation
Opportunity to assist at international retreats and live events
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience supporting entrepreneurs, coaches, or high-performance businesses
Strong experience in fast-paced environments
Experience coordinating events, retreats, workshops, or masterminds
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Technical Skills
Highly proficient in Go High Level (GHL)
Experience creating automations, funnels, workflows, and landing pages
Familiar with ClickUp or similar project management tools
Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Canva, and online systems
