Executive Technical Assistant/Web Developer Needed ASAP!

We are looking for a optimistic, and experienced team player to join our growing Internet focused business.

We are a Tampa, Florida, USA based Digital Marketing firm and this position is for a Executive Technical Assistant/Web Developer. This is a long term position with room for advancement and performance bonuses.

The candidate MUST have EXCELLENT English written, reading, grammar, and speaking skills. APPLICANTS WITH WEB DEVELOPMENT SKILLS/SUPERIOR GRAPHIC DESIGN ABILITIES PREFERRED, CPA STYLE LANDING PAGE SKILLS PREFERRED

The best candidates will be able to:

-Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

-Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

-Integrate data from various back-end services and databases

-Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

You would be working directly with one of our Executives and be responsible for the following tasks daily:

1. Online research and competitive research.

2. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.

3. Send and answer emails.

4. Send proposals to prospects.

5. Perform misc. work in our Customer Relationship Management and Project Management systems.

6. Speak to clients on the phone to schedule appointments, or communicate other misc. information.

7. Perform Social Media communication with prospects and clients

8. Wordpress/Dreamweaver web design and web programming

9. Have basic graphic design skills or be able to edit a quick video

10. Must be willing to learn, grow, and improve
