Job Title: Executive Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (Philippines)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly consultative and business-savvy Executive Sales Development
Representative (SDR) to engage senior HR and executive leaders within mid-sized and enterprise
organizations.

This is not a high-volume call center or transactional appointment-setting role. Success in this
position requires the ability to conduct strategic discovery conversations, understand
organizational challenges, assess business impact, and determine whether an opportunity is a
strong fit before advancing it to the next stage of the sales process.

Our organization specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, talent acceleration,
and women in leadership initiatives. The SDR will play a critical role in identifying qualified
opportunities and building a high-quality sales pipeline across North America, Europe, and Latin
America.

Who You'll Engage With
You will conduct discovery conversations with senior decision-makers and influencers,
including:
• Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs)
• Chief People Officers
• HR Vice Presidents
• Talent Management Leaders
• Learning & Development Directors
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leaders
• CEOs and Executive Leaders

Target Organizations
You will engage organizations that:
• Have 500+ employees
• Are located across the United States, Europe, and Latin America
• Are investing in:
o Leadership Development
o Talent Acceleration
o Executive Coaching
o Women in Leadership Programs
o Succession Planning
o Organizational Development

Key Responsibilities
Executive Discovery & Strategic Qualification
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations with senior HR and executive stakeholders.
• Build credibility and rapport with decision-makers and influencers.
• Uncover organizational challenges, talent gaps, and leadership development needs.
• Understand business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Evaluate organizational readiness and alignment with our solutions.

Validate Key Qualification Criteria
During discovery conversations, you will assess and document:
• Organizational challenge
• Business impact
• Executive sponsorship
• Budget availability
• Timeline
• Existing leadership development initiatives
• Decision-making process
• Number of employees impacted

CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records.
• Document discovery insights, stakeholder information, business needs, and next steps.
• Update lead status and pipeline stages promptly.
• Ensure all relevant information is captured prior to handoff.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and data integrity.

Meeting Coordination
• Schedule qualified strategy discussions with Patricia Arboleda or designated advisors.
• Ensure qualified prospects are properly prepared before handoff.
• Support a smooth transition from qualification to consultation.

Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) Criteria
A lead will be considered qualified only when ALL of the following conditions are met:
• The prospect is a decision-maker or strong influencer within HR, Talent Management,
Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Executive Management.
• The organization has 500+ employees.
• The prospect has articulated a specific business challenge, leadership need, or talent
development opportunity.
• The prospect demonstrates current or near-term interest within the next 12 months.
• Budget exists or there is willingness to invest at a minimum level of $15,000 USD.
• The prospect agrees to participate in a strategy discussion with Patricia Arboleda or
another designated advisor.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
o Sales Development
o Business Development
o Enterprise Lead Qualification
o Consultative Appointment Setting
o B2B Inside Sales
o Professional Services Sales Support
• Excellent spoken English with a professional, neutral accent.
• Experience conducting both outbound and inbound business conversations.
• Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong CRM experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or
similar platforms.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly Performance Metrics
• 100% response rate to engaged email leads within 24 hours
• 25–40 executive discovery conversations conducted
• 10–15 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated
• 6–10 qualified strategy meetings booked
• CRM completeness above 95%
• Minimum 80% meeting attendance rate
• Less than 10% disqualification rate after handoff

You are a consultative sales professional who is comfortable engaging CHROs, Talent Directors,
Learning & Development leaders, and CEOs in meaningful business conversations.
You know how to ask thoughtful questions, uncover organizational challenges, evaluate strategic
fit, and qualify opportunities based on business value rather than call volume.
You understand that successful qualification is not measured by the number of calls made, but
by the quality of opportunities generated and the ability to identify organizations that can
benefit from leadership development and talent acceleration solutions.
