A key performance indicator for this role is helping increase online sales and e-commerce revenue. Candidates with demonstrated experience growing Shopify stores, improving conversion rates, increasing average order value, or executing successful digital marketing campaigns will receive priority consideration.

We are not looking for a traditional Virtual Assistant.

We are looking for a highly capable right-hand person who can help bring multiple creative, commercial, and storytelling projects to life while helping us grow online sales.

The Mission

Your primary mission is simple:

Help us grow online revenue while creating systems and structure that allow the founder to focus on vision, creativity, product development, and business growth.

We want this role to become self-funding through increased efficiency, stronger marketing execution, and improved online sales.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Shopify Management

* Manage and update Shopify store
* Create and upload products
* Product descriptions and organization
* Collection management
* Inventory management
* Inventory forecasting support
* Product tagging and categorization
* Website updates
* Product launch preparation
* Basic SEO implementation
* Customer journey improvements
* Analyze opportunities to improve conversions
* Recommend improvements proactively

Marketing & Sales Support

* Help execute marketing campaigns
* Coordinate product launches
* Create email marketing campaigns
* Build campaign calendars
* Assist with customer retention initiatives
* Research partnerships and collaborations
* Track campaign performance
* Help increase website traffic and sales

Content & Brand Storytelling

* Organize creative ideas
* Transform voice notes into actionable content
* Assist with blog and Substack publishing
* Create Canva presentations
* Organize photo and video assets
* Assist with social media scheduling
* Help develop storytelling-focused content

Executive Assistant Functions
