Hey, I'm Norman. I run SocialRevver (a US marketing company) plus a couple other things on the side, and I've hit the point where I'm the holdup on basically everything.
The dream hire here is pretty simple: I wake up, and you've already gone through my inbox, lined up my day, and put a short list in front of me of what matters most. I stop being the guy managing every little thing, and you become the person who keeps it all moving.
Here's the kind of stuff you'd be handling:
- My inbox. Reading it, sorting it, knocking out the easy replies, and only pulling me in when something needs me specifically.
- My calendar. Booking calls, sending reminders, making sure I'm never double-booked or blanking on something.
- A quick daily rundown of what's on, what's urgent, and what I've been avoiding.
- Chasing follow-ups and keeping my clients, vendors, and contractors in the loop.
- Research and prep, so when I have to make a decision the info's already sitting there.
- Keeping a handle on my to-dos so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Whatever else comes up. Some of it's business, some of it's just life admin.
What I care about: your written English needs to be strong, because you'll be
It's full-time and I want someone long-term, not a quick gig. I'll need a few hours of your day to line up with my mornings on US East Coast time (so your evening), and the rest can be whenever works for you. If this goes well it becomes a lot more. As you learn how I operate, I want it to grow into a chief-of-staff kind of role with more responsibility and better pay.
To apply: start your message with the word CLARITY so I know you read the whole thing. Then tell me about a time you took over someone's inbox or calendar and what you did with it, plus the tools you've used. No CLARITY, no reply.
