About Us:
We're Wildthxngz Creator Club, a dynamic company helping TikTok creators monetize and grow their streaming presence. We're looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to join our creative team!

The Role:
We're seeking a creative multi-talented Virtual Assistant who can keep up with the fast-paced world of social media and content creation. This position combines administrative efficiency, creativity, technical skills, and social media expertise. Assistant must speak & understands English.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced creative, media, or tech environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted bridge between talent and leadership.
• Strong organizational and time management skills .
• Familiarity with creator culture and live streaming platforms (Tik Tok)
• A proactive, self-starting attitude ( you see what needs doing and do it before it becomes a problem).
• Experience onboarding new tea ---------- mbers or creators, including setting up accounts, sharing resources, and getting them fully integrated.
• Team player with high energy. You can engage creators, build rapport, and keep the team vibe positive and connected.
• Tech-savvy and resourceful, able to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot common creator/streaming issues or workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a proactive liaison between creators and management, ensuring seamless communication and aligned expectations.
• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of live events, training sessions, and team check-ins with precision and flexibility.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new creators — from initial outreach and setup to culture integration and resource delivery.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with current creators to ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
• Track creator milestones, participation, and feedback, using that data to suggest improvements to training and retention strategies.
• Support executive leadership with calendar management, task prioritization, and day-to-day operational needs.
• Help maintain our creator hub ( ---------- ) to keep talent informed, inspired, and involved.
• Monitor project pipelines and follow up with creators to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met without micromanaging.
• Coordinate with marketing and content team to ensure creators are aligned with campaign goals and event strategies.
• Experience with content creation and strategy
• Able to fluently understand, speak & articulate English
• Deep understanding of TikTok platform and trends
