About Us
We are a New Zealand-based property development and project management company with operations in New Zealand and Dubai.
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who wants to build a long-term career and become a trusted right hand to the Managing Director.
This is not a typical virtual assistant role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys organising, solving problems, improving systems and helping a busy CEO stay focused on growing the business.

Your Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CEO's calendar and appointments
Organise meetings and travel
Prepare daily and weekly schedules
Manage
Prepare meeting agendas and action lists
Business Operations
Maintain project trackers
Follow up consultants, suppliers and clients
Organise company documents
Prepare weekly business reports
Coordinate business administration tasks
Personal Administration
Manage reminders and appointments
Organise personal documentation
Coordinate insurance, vehicle servicing and renewals
Assist with travel planning
Keep records organised
What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English
Highly organised
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills

Honest and trustworthy
Able to work independently
Comfortable learning new software quickly
Minimum 3 years' administrative or executive assistant experience
Stable internet connection
Quiet home office
Available to work during New Zealand business hours
Software Experience
Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:
Microsoft 365
Google Workspace
Excel
Word
ChatGPT
Canva
ClickUp, Asana or similar
Zoom
WhatsApp
Google Drive
Training will be provided where required.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first six months you will:
Keep the CEO's calendar fully organised
Ensure important
Help improve business systems
Coordinate follow-ups without constant supervision
Become a trusted part of the leadership team
