We're looking for a sharp, highly organised Operations & Executive Support Manager to be the founder's right hand and keep the business running smoothly day to day. You'll wear two hats: a personal assistant who keeps the founder's world organised, and an operations lead who keeps people, tasks, and content moving. If you love bringing order to chaos and being the person everyone relies on, this is for you.
What You'll Do

Act as the founder's PA — managing calendars, scheduling, and keeping priorities on track
Organise and coordinate content across the team, keeping everything on schedule
Support marketing efforts and help keep campaigns and content moving
Take on setter duties — managing outreach, follow-ups, and keeping the pipeline organised
Oversee people and tasks, making sure deadlines are met and nothing slips
Liaise with managers across the team to keep everyone aligned and accountable
Be the central point of organisation that keeps the whole operation running

Who You Are

Highly organised with a strong eye for detail — you keep track of everything
Proven experience in an executive assistant, operations, or coordinator role
A confident communicator who can manage people and chase tasks without friction
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting between them quickly
Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems before they're flagged
Familiar with content, marketing, or agency workflows (a strong plus)
Excellent written English

Hours: primarily GMT, 9am–9pm
