JOB OVERVIEW

Sheild Care Transport Services is a growing Florida-based transportation company providing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and Courier Services. We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant who can help build our systems, generate leads, manage our CRM, schedule appointments, and support company growth.

This is not a data entry position.

We are looking for someone who can think independently, solve problems, communicate professionally, and help us scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain prospect lists
• Research businesses and decision makers
• Manage HubSpot CRM
• Schedule appointments
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails
• Track NEMT broker onboarding applications
• Maintain lead pipeline
• Prepare weekly KPI reports
• Keep management organized and informed

Daily Expectations

• Add 25-50 new prospects per day
• Make 25-50 outbound calls per day
• Send follow-up emails
• Update CRM daily
• Book qualified appointments
• Submit end-of-day report

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong phone presence
• Experience with appointment setting
• Experience with HubSpot or CRM software
• Strong internet connection
• Reliable computer
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and organized
