Position: Executive Assistant - Biohack Yourself Media
Your Core Mission
Your mission is to remove operational noise from the COO’s life.
Your mindset should be:
“How do I take this off his plate permanently?”
You will:
Manage and optimize scheduling strategically
Run operational follow-through after meetings
Track priorities across multiple projects
Communicate confidently with clients and partners
Organize ideas into systems and execution plans
Spot problems early and solve them independently
Create order out of fast-moving chaos
